Wargames Illustrated are regular attendees at the annual Society Of Ancients (SOA) Battledays, which are held in Bletchley, England at the end of March.
The SOA chooses one battle and all the attending members have 12 months to gather their friends and forces together to create their version of the chosen battle on the tabletop. This year there were 16 games on display, ranging from 10mm – 28mm, with 11 different rule sets being used.
