Written by ‘Paper Soldiers’ author Andy Callan and packed with photos of Perry Miniatures, ‘Billhooks’ is a 32-page rulebook which will be available to WiPrime members as a downloadable PDF and free (p+p) print booklet – there will be plenty of copies to go around.
