New miniatures from Elladan of Rheine, German include these five caricatured female barbarians, in the mould of Conan the Barbarian/Sword and Sorcery novels and films. They are all armed with massive weapons and gravity-defying breasts.
Three of the ladies (above) come as a set entitled “Halla by Kev White”. Kev being the sculptor – he has a track record of producing quality figures in this genre. The three figures are all in the same pose with different clothing (or lack of clothing) and hair styles. These three can also be purchased separately, as can the other standing female barbarian we have – the sword and double handed axe carrying “Hildur” – see below..
To aid dynamism all the figures have separate weapons and/or hands, so assembly is required on all the models.
’Yrla on sabre-toothed tiger’ (see below) comes in five parts, with the option to arm her with a giant sword or spear.
Elladan never fail to produce eye-catching figures, whether they are to you liking or not I will leave for you to decide.
