Stoessi’s Heroes offer a range of 28mm World War Two miniatures with a difference. Each of the figures in the range depicts a ‘hero’ that the owner considers to be of value or use on the tabletop.
Some of these heroes are based upon real historical characters, some are based upon portrayals from movies and some are slightly satirical versions of more contemporary characters.
In a way, the range is akin to the Wargames Illustrated ‘Giants In Miniature’ range, although entirely focussed upon the Second World War. The miniatures themselves are extremely characterful and very accurate in terms of uniform, weapons and equipment.
Produced in a number of poses, these figures would grace any command group you care to mention, or are useful as tabletop ‘legends’ when you need to have a unique miniature but one that fits in with the force you are fielding.
