Artel W Miniatures are a company based in Russia who produce finely sculpted and cast resin miniatures that have both a familiar and unique look al of their own.
The majority of their figures are 28mm ‘scaled’ and represent a fairly ‘grimdark’ vision of the far future. Yet they also innovate, with some exceptionally characterful sculpts and unique takes on classic concepts.
As you can see here, we have three fine examples of the sculptor’s art. Interrogator Karl is a fairly well-dressed fellow, with a sword and holstered pistol, but his humanity appears compromised by a right arm which has a touch of the corrupted.
The Demoness is a winged creature with horns, a dangerous looking blade and casually brandishing a human head in her left hand. A nice touch is the way that she appears to be striding down a set of stairs, bedecked with two skulls.

The last figure is both the largest and the most savage looking one. Posed in mid-charge with a huge, chainaxe seeming weapon in each hand, this armoured and dangerous looking man runs forward with a vicious snarl on his face. Despite the skulls on his be-furred cloak and the obvious fury in his heart, this figure is labelled ‘Red Angel’, suggesting that either he’s on the side of Host or the Fallen.

These are very well done miniatures, from sculpting to casting, and deserve a greater level of interest from those looking for something different for their tabletop.
