THE BEDFORD GLADIATORS
We meet on the Second Sunday of every month from 12 noon til 10
30 pm. We still meet every Monday from 7PM Till 11PM, and both
days are at the same Venue; North End Working Men’s Club,
60 Roff Avenue Bedford. We play just about anything, have a massive
collection of terrain permanently stored at the club, with lots
of table space to put it on. Average attendance is 18 people a

SOUTHEND WARGAMES CLUB
The club meets on Thursday evenings in Eastwood, at the home of
one of our members and, although we are not seeking to expand
substantially, there is still room for a few more members. We
play most periods in a variety of scales and have developed rules
for most of these. We periodically go on battlefield visits to
Spain and the continent generally. Two of our members are published
authors and we have a substantial library of books which members
can borrow.
Our annual show, “Essex Eagle” was inaugurated at
the International Napoleonic Fair at Cressing Temple Barns, Essex
in May this year. Next year’s event will be at the same
place on 10th & 11th May 2008. Any interested traders and
