  1. Kindle fire user. I purchased a few issues using the app, but all issues fail to download. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled without a change.

    • I should add that the sample downloaded just fine the first time.

      Which issues are you trying to download? Can you confirm that you have enough space remaining on your device.

  2. A) How do I link my newly created account with my active interactive subscription and b) there in no information on how to download the Swordpoint rules despite the latest edition telling us to logon there to find out how. How do you download the Swordpoint rules please?

  3. I had the same problem and finally gave up on this. I lost out on at least 6 issues.

  4. As seems usual now I had difficulty downloading the latest issue. Cleared data on the app logged back in but my subscription issues not available to download only purchase! Getting a little fed up with this, becoming less user friendly with each new issue.

    • Hi Nigel,

      I’m assuming that your using the android version of the app, is this right?

      If so, please remove the app from your device then make sure you are signed into the account the brought the issues in the google play store.

      After doing this download the app from the play store and you will now have access to all your issues brought through google.

      If you have brought issues directly through us then please make sure you have signed into your account under the my account tab.

      I’m using the app on my kindle fire. For the last 3 or 4 issues like have only been able to download the new one by removing all old issues clearing data on the app then logging in to my account again. This time after logging in download button not there for me only purchase.

      Removing app then installing again has allowed me to download latest issue after several attempts but cannot open to actually read it which is the issue I experience every month. May have to unistall again. Next month is the last of my subscription will be cancelling if situation does not improve.

      I’m sorry to hear you are having issues downloading the latest magazine to your kindle. I have tested the latest issue on our office kindle and are unable to recreate the problems you are facing.

      I have given your account one months access to our Prime service as a way of an apology, this will give you access to the vault where you can read every issue of WI – including the latest issue.       I’m afraid that the interactive version of the magazine is only available for tablet devices and is not compatible with mobile phones.

      I would recommend that you look at our Prime membership as this will give you access to the PDF version of the magazine to be viewed on any device.

    • Hi Fabian, Your subscription will start with the next available issue this should be issue 353.

      I have added issue 352 to your account now and you should be able to see this available to download. You may need to sign out and back in through the my account page on the app.

    • Hi John, Thank you for getting intouch. We are currently waiting for apple to publish an update of the app. This should go through shortly. As a thank you for waiting all new users of the app will gain access to a free issue of the interactive magazine.

    • how do you close an issue on an iPad? I open and read one and can’t seem to care how you close an issue.

    • Hi John, if you tap the screen for a second this will bring up an on screen menu, in the top left you with find the option to leave the issue.

    I purchased a subscription in September and when I log in, it doesn’t show that I can download the magazines even though my subscription is active. I had this problem before and was told to uninstall and then download again. This does not help now. Any suggestions appreciated.

  10. I have just purchased the digital subscription, I have questions:
    1: I can’t find the app on Google Play, I suspect it’s because the device I am using (Nexus 5).
    2: It’s only the 3rd but I have to wait until the next 1st of the month, can I simply have this month’s issue!

      The app is only available for tablet devices and your subscription will start with the next available issue. You are able to purchases the current issue separately if you wish.
